Terms of sale

Products are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and analytical use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food, cosmetic, household, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications. The purchaser represents that they are qualified to handle the materials, will comply with all applicable laws, and will not use products for an unlawful purpose.

Orders may be declined or cancelled where fulfillment would be unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms. Product availability, lead times, and documentation may vary by lot.

Privacy

We collect information needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations: contact details, organization, shipping address, order contents, payment status, and technical security data. Cryptocurrency payment details are processed by NOWPayments. We do not sell customer information.

Order records are retained for operational and legal purposes. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where permitted by law.

Shipping

A flat $45 shipping and handling charge applies per order. Published lead times are estimates and begin after payment reaches a final confirmed status. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and for complying with destination-country requirements.

Tracking is shown in the customer order portal once available. Customs delays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Returns and refunds

Due to chain-of-custody and material-integrity requirements, opened, used, or temperature-exposed materials cannot be returned. Report damaged, missing, or materially incorrect shipments promptly with photographs and the order number. Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Cryptocurrency refunds may differ from the original crypto amount because refunds are based on the approved USD value at processing time, less nonrecoverable network costs where legally permitted.
